This is the story on True Friends Story. Once upon a time, in a big, green forest, there were three best friends: a deer, a tortoise, and a woodpecker. These pals were always together, and they loved spending their days talking and playing near a beautiful lake.
But one day, something bad happened. A hunter came into the forest, and he set a sneaky trap near the lake. Now, you see, the deer was just coming back from the lake when he stepped right into that trap. Ouch! He cried out in pain and called for his friends, “Help! I’m stuck! Please, come and save me!”
Hearing their friend’s cries, the woodpecker and the tortoise rushed to help. They were really worried when they saw the tricky trap. But they didn’t give up. The tortoise had a clever idea. He went to find a little mouse that lived in a hole nearby. The mouse and the tortoise worked together to cut the trap.
Meanwhile, the woodpecker flew over to the hunter’s camp. The hunter was just getting out of his tent, ready to catch the deer. The woodpecker didn’t waste any time. It landed on the hunter’s head and gave him two sharp pecks. Ouch! The hunter yelled in pain and ran back to his camp to rest. The woodpecker had tricked the hunter and saved the day. It flew back to the deer.
By the time the mouse and the tortoise had finished their job, the trap was open, and the deer was free. They all gave each other big hugs and promised to help one another whenever they needed it. These three friends were back together and lived happily in their forest home. And that’s how they learned that a real friend is someone who helps you when you’re in trouble.
And so, the story of their true friendship continued to spread throughout the forest, inspiring everyone to cherish the bonds they had with their own friends. It reminded them that in times of need, a true friend is the greatest treasure one can have. The forest was a happier place because of the wonderful example set by the owl, the squirrel, and the rabbit—the embodiment of a “True Friends Story.”
