This is the Two-Headed Bird Story. Long ago, there used to be a bird that lived on a tree near the river. The name of the bird was Bharabhunada. The bird had two heads and a belly.

Once a bird was roaming in the jungles of the mountains. The first head saw a very tasty fruit in the tree. The color of the fruit was red. The bird flew to that fruit and started eating.

A first head said that this is a very tasty fruit. The first head did not share the fruit with second head.

He said that God made this delicious fruit for me to eat. This fruit is very juicy and sweet.

The second head also wanted to taste the fruit. With politely the second head said, “can I have a little bite and see what you are saying so tasty.

The first head said, “You do not eat this fruit because it is poisonous”. We both have the same stomach. If you eat this fruit, both of us will die.

But the second wanted to teach a lesson to the first head. The second head said, “You kept quiet”. I like this fruit and I have the right to eat it.

Saying this, the second head ate the poisonous fruit. As a result, the bird died.
